Storm was angry with someone as he thought Halo was dead because of him (whoever it is) but Halo is alive.
This is the first time I drew Storm as an anthro
so yeah...I planned on this for a while...
The marking on his eye is not visible as his hair is covering it.
Storm is not a wolf, he is a fox/fennec fox mix.
